First Friday Mass & Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament                          Mar 2 (Fri).  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 9:00 am to 7:45 pm. Vocations hour at 6 pm, Benediction at 7:45 pm followed by Mass in Cantonese at 8:00 p.m.  Please sign up at the Info Counter. Divine Mercy Devotion  at 7:20 pm.  Prayer intentions will be offered in the Mass.

 

St. Joseph’s Society    A second collection will be held this Sunday to help the retired diocesan priests.  At present 17 priests  are on full retirement, 13 on partial retirement and 2 on sick benefits.   Online donation is also acceptable on http://www.rcav.org.  Thank you for your generosity.

World Day of the Sick     Pope John Paul II instituted World Day of the Sick, setting aside the Feb 11, the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, for its annual celebration.  In the Archdiocese of Vancouver, a Mass of Anointing will be celebrated on Friday, Feb 10 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Vancouver at 11:00 am.
