Permanent Deaconate Archbishop Miller announces the restoration of the permanent deaconate in our archdiocese.  Candidates will attend formation program and age below 65 at the time of ordination.  Information meeting will be held later.  Please keep this in your prayer.

 

Chastity  The Bishop Conference of Canada has just issued a Pastoral Letter to young people on chastity.  Visit www.rcav.org for the entire document or video.

 

First Friday Mass & Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament   Mar 4 (Fri).  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 9:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Vocations hour at 6:00 p.m., Benediction at 7:45 p.m. followed by Mass in Cantonese at 8:00 p.m.  Please sign up at the Info Counter. Divine Mercy Devotion  at 7:20 p.m.  Prayer intentions to be offered during the Devotion at 8:00 p.m. Mass.

 

Palm into Ash         Please bring back the palm of last year to be recycled into ash for Ash Wednesday on Mar 9.

 

Beach Party     Hosted by the Canadian Martyrs Prayer Community Youth & Young Adult Group from 3 - 6 p.m. on Feb 20 (this Sun) at the parish hall. This is a fun event and all ages 13 to 25 are welcome. Please wear appropriate beach attire to this party.

Children Helping Children through Education   Thank you for your support for our PREP7 Service Project.  We have collected a total of $1285.25 last Sunday for the needy students in India and Philippines.
