Holy Trinity - English Bulletin

Canadian Martyrs Catholic Church -  Church Bulletin

Holy Trinity – June 19, 2011

Pro-Life Sunday

1. “Today, as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity, we also recognize the wonderful gift of fatherhood....  Fathers are the first protectors of the family, and along with mothers, the primary educators about life for their children, young people learn what it means to build a new culture of life in Canada....  I ask parents once again to educate their children in living the pro-life message by explaining to them why life is a gift always to be respected from conception to natural death.  Our Archdiocesan “Prayer for Reverence for Life” is a helpful tool to bring the Gospel of life to our children in daily prayer within the family.  Let us ask God to make every family a sanctuary of life where unconditional respect for every human is fostered.”

       - Excerpt from message by Archbishop J. Michael Miller, CSB
