Sixth Sunday of Easter – May 13, 2012

 

Rosary   In the month of May, come to join us in saying the Rosary 25 minutes before Sunday Masses (except 8:15 am).

 

Confirmation    Our PREP students will be confirmed by Archbishop this Sunday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Monica's church.  Please keep them in your prayer.   

 

Pope's Pastoral Work        Next Sunday the second collection is specifically for the missionary of our Pope.  Our prayers and monetary support are needed.

 

Priestly Ordination   Deacon Pablo Santa Maria Watson, a son of our parishioner, will be ordained priest for our diocese on May 26 (Sat) 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Cathedral. Everyone is welcome.

 

Pilgrimage     Fr. Chu will be off for pilgrimage until Jun 1.  We are grateful that Fr. Chang, Fr. Mak and Fr. Chiang will say Masses during this period.  Please pray for our priests.

 

Project Advance 2012 ~ Sharing with Joy

-Parish goal: $168,000, of which $39,000 goes to the Archdiocese and $129,000 for debt repayment.

 

-Suggestion: $432 for each family, or $36/month for 12 months.

ESL Class     All Mandarin speaking new immigrants are welcome to our ESL class every Tuesdays and Thursdays morning from May 15 to Jun 28.  Please register at the Info Counter.

Mandarin Evangelization Evening will be held on Jun 2 (Sat) 6:30 pm.  Please bring your friends and neighbours.  Sign up at the foyer.

 

Lost & Found   Items are now placed at the entrance of the courtyard.  Please pick up before end of May.  For those valuable lost items, please contact parish office during office hours.

When Life Doesn't Go Your Way   Retreat Day for Women.   A Message of Hope with Katrina Zeno.
