Stewardship Awareness Sunday     The Archbishop Miller wrote: "Next Sunday the Archdiocese will be observing Stewardship Awareness Sunday.  Providing hospitality to strangers is a hallmark of Christian stewardship.  To mark the Year of Faith, in the fall of this year, our Archdiocese will embark on a special initiative to welcome home to the Church those who have become inactive.  Everyone is being called to take a part in this undertaking." Rosary   In the month of May, come to join us in saying the Rosary 25 minutes before Sunday Masses (except 8:15 am).

 

Pope Pastoral Work      This Sunday the second collection is specifically for the missionary of our Pope.  Our prayers and monetary support are needed.

 

First Friday Mass & Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament      Jun 1 (Fri).  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from 9:00 am to 7:45 pm. Vocations hour at 6 pm, Benediction at 7:45 pm followed by Mass in Cantonese at 8:00 p.m.  Please sign up at the Info Counter.

 

Priestly Ordination   Deacon Pablo Santa Maria Watson, a son of our parishioner, will be ordained priest for our diocese on May 26 (Sat) 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Cathedral. Everyone is welcome.

 

Project Advance 2012 ~ Sharing with Joy

St. Anthony of Padua Novena     You are invited to make the 9-day Mass/Novena to St. Anthony of Padua from Jun 5 to 13 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Anthony Parish, 1345 W. 73rd Ave., Vancouver.  On Jun 13 (feast day), procession starts at 6:30 p.m. followed by Mass/Novena and fiesta refreshments.
