Stations of the Cross will be held on Fridays (except First  Friday) on Mar 16,  23 & 30.  English at 7 pm and Chinese at 8 pm.

 

40 Days for Life  Our Youth and Young Adult Ministry (YYAM) invite all youths to participate in the "40 Days for Life" pro-life campaign on Mar 18 (Sun) at 2-4 pm.  There will be a group departing our church at 1:15 pm (sharp) or people requiring carpool or alternatively, you may meet the group at the intersection of Heather Street and W. 29h Avenue.  This is a great way of standing up to what Catholics believe in and a sort of sacrifice for this Lenten season.

 

Lenten Collection - The Crown of Thorns

The Prayer Group invites everyone to this talk by Fr. Joseph Nguyen, Vocations Director, Archdiocese of Vancouver on Mar 24, 6:30 pm in parish hall.

 

Holy Land            To every Christian, the Holy Land is a special place as it is the place where Jesus lived before.  Yet due to political situation, the Catholic Church there is in great need of assistance.  Every Good Friday, collection will be taken throughout all Catholic Churches to help them.  You are also welcome to go the http://www.commissariat.ca to know more about the church there.

 

Rite of Scrutiny  Please pray for our elected as they enter into the final phrase of preparation for baptism in Easter.

 

Parish Pastoral Council    will be held on Mar 22 (Thu) 7:30 p.m.  Each parish group should send at least one member to the meeting.
